Die Firma quattro-form GmbH wurde im Februar 1996 von den drei Gesellschaftern,
Herrn Rolf Langenfeld, Herrn Klaus Langenbach und Herrn Richard Stark gegründet.
Die Produktion von Spritzgießformen wurde mit einer Gesamtbelegschaft von fünf Mitarbeitern begonnen, aber durch die erfreuliche Geschäftsentwicklung konnten in den vergangenen Jahren einige kompetente Facharbeiter für die Fertigung hinzu gewonnen werden, so daß die Belegschaft bis heute auf 68 Mitarbeiter angewachsen ist.
Mitte des Jahres 1997 wurde der Formenbau um die Konstruktions- und Entwicklungs-GmbH quattro-tech GmbH unter der Leitung von Herrn Rudolf Locher erweitert.
Durch die langjährige Erfahrung der Gesellschafter und Mitarbeiter bei Entwicklung, Projektierung und beim Bau von Kunststoffspritzgießwerkzeugen, auch in Mehrkomponententechnik für nahezu alle kunststoffverarbeitenden Branchen, sind wir in der Lage unseren Kunden in allen Bereichen rund um den Formenbau ein kompetenter Partner zu sein:
- Entwicklung und Konstruktion von Kunststoffteilen und Spritzgießformen
- Formenbau (Muster- und Serienformen)
- Bemusterung von Formen auch in Mehrkomponenten-Technik im eigenen Haus
- Meßberichte und Prozeßfähigkeitsnachweis vor Auslieferung

German limited liability company quattro-form GmbH was set up in February 1996 by the three partners, Mr Rolf Langenfeld, Mr Klaus Langenbach and Mr Richard Stark.
The production of injection moulds began with a total complement of five staff but, as the business grew, the firm was able to attract skilled production engineers over the years, bringing the workforce to its current level of 55.
In the middle of 1997 the mould construction business was expanded to include a design and development arm and limited company by the name of quattro-tech GmbH, headed up by Mr Rudolf Locher.
Given the years of experience of our partners and employees in development and project work and in the construction of plastic injection moulds, as well as in multi-component injection technology for virtually all sectors of industry involved in the shaping of plastics, we are in a position to offer our customers expert and professional services in all aspects of mould construction:
- Development and construction of plastic parts and injection moulds
- Mould construction (prototyping and serial production)
- In-house production of mould prototypes including multi-component technology
- Test reports and performance certificates issued before delivery
